E2Gold is pleased to announce the arrival of its geological field crew to the Hawkins Project site to begin local mapping at the McKinnon resource, and regional mapping of the newly staked western claim block. Prospectors have been on site since early July, clearing trenches and conducting channeling sampling. Assay results from these activities are expected to be returned by late fall.
The team of 6 geologists will focus on confirming historical Falconbridge results, and on identifying mineralogical and structural associations with high gold values. The work done by this team will form the basis for E2Gold’s Phase 1 drilling to begin Winter 2021.
