July 2022 Field Update

Dear All,

Happy long weekend! We hope you all get some needed R&R in over the next few days, but before that happens, let us update you on our activities.

The recently closed financing, led by Kinross Gold, puts E2 in an excellent position to capitalize on a rising market. E2Gold continues to move ahead with exploration on both our flagship Hawkins Gold Project and the Band Ore Project.

Hawkins

In anticipation of our next drill program, the geology team is currently conducting a robust surface exploration program. With a strong start in May, geologists and prospectors have completed a first pass mapping review of the entire Hawkins Project! We are currently waiting on results from samples taken throughout the property. Follow up mapping will continue into the fall, with targets based on returned samples.

A soil sampling program is set to begin in two weeks on the Central Hawkins project, targeting along strike of the McKinnon Zone, and especially over the Grid 3 IP survey conducted this past winter.

The Hawkins Gold Project, encompassing most of the greenstone belt in the Oba area, is a large property package with many promising target types. The exploration tools that we are engaging this summer are important in helping to refine specific drill targets.

Band-Ore

Reconnaissance mapping occurred on Band Ore in July, with several prospects identified and sampled. Results are pending. Drilling is to begin on Band Ore in the latter half of August, assessing the historical resources and the new targets. This initial program on our newest project is scheduled to last around 3 weeks, with results anticipated later this fall.

These summer exploration activities are important preparations for the next round of drilling on both projects. We are eagerly awaiting the results of our field programs, which will dictate our next steps. We look forward to sharing these results with you.
